This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs all flight bookings made through CheapOtkt, operated by CheapOtkt, based in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.

As a travel agent, CheapOtkt facilitates bookings between you and airlines. Cancellation and refund policies are primarily determined by the airline's fare rules for your specific ticket. We process cancellations and refunds in accordance with these rules and applicable United States regulations.

When you cancel or change a booking, two types of fees may apply: (1) Airline fees and penalties as determined by your fare rules, and (2) CheapOtkt service fees for processing your request. Both are detailed in this policy.

CheapOtkt is operated by CheapOtkt and is affiliated with Airbeas Travel Ltd, a company registered in England. Airbeas Travel Ltd is a subsidiary of CheapOtkt and holds IATA accreditation enabling direct airline ticketing services.

Bookings made through CheapOtkt may be processed under the IATA credentials of Airbeas Travel Ltd (IATA Number: 91205170). This accreditation ensures that we can issue tickets directly with airlines and process refunds in compliance with IATA regulations.

As a US-based travel service, passengers may have rights under applicable US Department of Transportation regulations. This provides specific rights in cases of cancellation, delay, or denied boarding by the airline.

• Airline Cancellation Penalty: Varies by fare type (€0 - Full ticket value; determined by airline fare rules)
• CheapOtkt Processing Fee: €35 per ticket (non-refundable; covers cancellation processing services)
• Original Service Fee: As charged at booking (non-refundable; services already rendered)

If you need to change your flight date, time, or destination, the following fees apply:

• Date/Time Change: €25 per ticket + Airline change fee + fare difference
• Route/Destination Change: €25 per ticket + Airline change fee + fare difference
• Name Correction (minor): €25 per ticket + Airline fee (if permitted)
• Same-Day Changes: €35 per ticket + Airline fees + fare difference

When you are eligible for a refund, here is what to expect:

• Request Submission (Day 1): Submit your cancellation request through any of our contact channels
• Processing (24-48 hours): We verify your fare rules, process the cancellation with the airline, and calculate applicable refunds
• Confirmation Email: You receive an email confirming the cancellation and detailing the refund amount
• Credit Card Refunds: 7-14 business days after approval
• Bank Transfer Refunds: 5-10 business days after approval
• Airline Credit: 3-7 business days

When an airline significantly changes or cancels your flight, you have enhanced rights:

In exceptional circumstances, additional flexibility may be offered:

If you do not show up for your flight without prior cancellation ("no-show"), you will typically forfeit the entire ticket value with no refund. Additionally:

• All subsequent flights on your itinerary will be automatically cancelled
• No refund or credit will be provided for no-shows
• Taxes may be the only recoverable portion
• We strongly recommend contacting us to cancel your booking before departure if you cannot travel
